Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop categories, and add any items that you wish to buy into your Shopping Cart.. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Paypal, and cheque payments Only. If sending a cheque please make payable to Jean Cairns. Goods will be dispatched once the cheque has been received and cleared.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an email confirming despatch of your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Due to the limitations of computer screens, image colours may vary from actual wool colours, with certain colours being particularly difficult to reproduce. Use the images on this online shop only as a guide, please do not use them to colour match wool.

Pricing and availability: Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. All goods are sold subject to availability and prices of products may change from time to time. If we discover an error in the price of any goods ordered by you, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Natural Yarn reserves the right to change the price of any item on the Website where that item has been priced incorrectly.

If we are unable to contact you regarding an item that was priced incorrectly we will treat the order as cancelled. If this happens and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund to the same credit or debit card used to make payment. Neither of us shall have any further liability to the other. This shall not affect your statutory rights. If you reconfirm the order, please remember no contract will exist with us until you have received the email confirming your goods have been despatched.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

Shipping And Handling: All orders to be delivered within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail. All other orders will be sent by surface mail. Postage and packing charges apply to all items purchased using the electronic shopping bag .

Natural Yarn reserves the right to notify you if postage to your chosen destination is significantly higher than the postage rate indicated due to the destination or the bulk and/or weight of the item being shipped. If this is the case we will email you with information about the amended rate and will only proceed with the order when you confirm that the amended amount is acceptable..

Delivery: We will normally despatch standard orders to you within 4 business days of receiving your order. Special orders will be despatched according to terms agreed between us at the time of agreeing the order. Please note that international orders are sent by surface mail. The estimated delivery times will be subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure (events outside our control, for example due to inclement weather or strikes) for which we will not be responsible.

Returns Policy: If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a full refund as set out in these Terms and Conditions. The law provides that any organisation selling goods online must allow consumers 7 working days, starting on the day following receipt of the goods, to cancel the contract ("Cancellation Time") and return the goods. If you would like to cancel your contract with Natural Yarn please notify us by email naturalyarn@hotmail.co.uk within the Cancellation Time.  Please read the item descriptions carefully to ensure that you fully understand that the goods you are ordering are what your require.  We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to placing an order.

Please return your goods by post to the address provided on the despatch note. We recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery. We will issue a full refund for the goods less any discount that was applied to the items. Please note that you will not be refunded for the post and packing charges or the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.  If we have to collect an item for you we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please call or email us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us. We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you. Any refund will automatically be issued by the way used to make the original purchase.
